Member Meetings are held on the second Monday of every month at 7pm.

The Clay County Humane Shelter Board will now conduct meetings at Brazil City Hall. Regular board meetings will be from 6-7 p.m., with membership meetings from 7-8 p.m., each month, during the third Monday, beginning in January.

Annual Dues are $10.00
